The event starts with your group attending a secret meeting in a secluded alley tucked away in downtown Nashville. You meet your contact, a man carrying a dark briefcase, and receive your mission details.
Your group will be divided up into separate teams of 3-4 players. Your mission is to investigate photographic evidence of numerous locations downtown and collect secret phrases that will lead you to The Safehouse, a secret bar or restaurant which is also located downtown.
To discover the secret phrases, you will have to find the locations in the photographs and solve the clues or puzzles revealed to you at each respective destination. This will involve following a map, decrypting messages, and revealing invisible ink.
The team that makes it to The Safehouse with the quickest time wins the game. There will also be "spy bonuses" along the way which can adjust your final time. Once all teams arrive at The Safehouse, a good time is had by all retelling the stories of their adventures on the case.
